We are also inspected annually by the United States Department of Agriculture. Although our specifications may exceed USDA specifications we use the principles outlined by the USDA for quality control.
GAP certified: We practice good agricultural practices and have been audited and certified by the Oregon Department of Agriculture.
Certified Organic: We are certified by Oregon Tilth Inc. the local certifying body for the USDA's organic program for Custom Packaging as well as Processing Organic Food.

It is a Global Food Safety Initiative Audit. We have developed a comprehensive food safety and quality management system that ensures everything we produce is safe to eat. This program includes a Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point Plan (HACCP) that is audited to the BRC Standard.
In 2011 we built an onsite state of the art Micro Laboratory to test for pathogens and indicator organisms . We follow a positive hold and release program so our laboratory allows us to test our products quicker lowering turnaround time. Our certified lab technicians make sure our products and processing plant are safe.
